It’s Hallowe’en, so happy guising* to you all!
Goals: Finish writing the first draft of one incomplete novel (Project RC).
Notes: The story is coming to life, part by part. I’ll blog more on this subject in a later post but the point is: There Is No Pressure.
“It is impossible to enjoy idling thoroughly unless one has plenty of work to do.” ~ Jerome K. Jerome, The Idle Thoughts of an Idle Fellow.
Updates: Every Wednesday and Sunday until the challenge is over, as per the Rules.

*(Guising – short for disguising, what children in Scotland do on Hallowe’en, and have done for decades. <Whinge>In England where I now live it’s a bit of a half-arsed Americanism that doesn’t have any tradition behind it.</Whinge> ).

Hope you enjoyed your guising, and best of luck on your current writing project. I look forward to hearing more about your dealing with the pressure of writing.
Thanks Michael – it’s been a long time since I went out guising, that’s all I’m going to say
My point is more that there really IS no pressure. I write, or not, to my own schedule, and right now the focus is on improving my skill, not on production.
Sort of non-nanowrimo, really
